Barbara Freire is the President and Producer of New Outlook Productions, Inc. An Award Winning, full service Video Production, Multimedia & Marketing company offering script to screen promotional, training, commercials and special events coverage. Freire worked at several production companies as a Producer and Marketing Director before launching New Outlook Productions. She has over 18 years of Promotional and Marketing experience as an Advertising Director and Ad Agency creative team member.

Freire is currently a Video Production Instructor at Connecticut School of Broadcasting in Cherry Hill. She teaches Commercial Production, T.V. Performance and several workshops for graduates. She teaches several classes at: New Business Learning Center-Marketing Promotion and Networking and Empowerment classes for Achievement Dynamics Institute, Avidlearn via Internet worldwide. She also speaks at local, National Marketing Conferences, Rotaries and Career Days. Freire, was selected to teach a Video and Marketing Seminar for the Burlington County Chamber of Commerce. She does Voice Overs, an on camera spokesperson and many "extras".

She was leader of the Singles Group at her church and organized many group activities and events over several years. She created and facilitates "101 Ways to Meet Singles", ExpeDate, DinnerDate, Single Mingles and Movie Nights. She has been in every media source. Television, featured on CN8 News and Channel 6 Philly After Midnight. Newspapers; The Courier Post, The Burlington County Times, The Times, Trend and Asbury Park Press. Freire is a columnist of Burlington County Times "Singles Scene" appearing in the Outlook Section. Radio stations: 88.9, 92.1, 100.1 and 101.5.

Freire earned her Bachelors of Science at The College of New Jersey for Marketing and Communications and maintained Dean's List status. She attended Computer Technology Institute in 1998 and earned a PC Applications Certificate. She’s taken Video, Film and Voice Over classes courses at Rowan University & Mercer County College. Freire continually takes workshops to enhance her video and marketing potential.

For community service, Freire is the Co-Chairperson for the Ambassador Committee at the Chamber of Commerce Southern New Jersey, Membership Committee Burlington County Chamber and also the American Heart Association Event Committee.
